Navigating the site

 There are several ways to purchase items from Bradshaw & Lloyd online. Follow our simple steps below to successfully find your way round the site:
Click on the shop button either in the navigation bar or on the home page to bring up the various options.
 Then either:
 A.  If you are familiar with our shoes then you may wish to view a limited range of styles and upper leathers from one of the collections: Loake , Sanders or Sebago
 Or
 B.  You may wish to view a number of styles from all three collections.
 Or
 C.  Alternatively you can view the entire range by leaving the style selection boxes unticked and selecting ‘All’ from the collections and colour/upper leather drop down boxes.

 Follow the simple steps outlined below to shop online by adding items to your virtual shopping basket:
1. Click on a single shoe to view it in greater detail.
2. Enter your size and width fitting, if appropriate, from the drop down boxes.
3. At this stage you can either add the shoes to your shopping basket or use the forward and back buttons at the bottom of the screen to view other shoes.
4. You will now be able to see your shoes in the virtual shopping basket and the total cost of your order so far. If you want to carry on shopping for other items then click back on your browser or use the buttons in the navigation bar to take you where you want to go. Details in the shopping basket can be changed at any time in your shopping trip by clicking on the shopping basket button in the navigation bar. If you wish to complete your purchase then click on the place order button.
5. You will now be asked to complete your payment and delivery details. All details are automatically encrypted to prevent other Internet users from accessing your personal information. See internet security for more details.
6. Upon clicking the purchase button your order confirmation will be brought up on screen. We have provided several ways to pay. The preferred option is via credit or debit card. You can also select to pay via cheque with order using the post, by fax or even by phoning your payment details to us. Having selected the order method, you may then print this order for your records.If you choose to pay by cheque using the post, please mail the printed order form to us with your cheque or else write the order number from the top of the form onto the back of the cheque
7. Your shopping trip is now complete
