Ordering and delivery

We aim to dispatch shoes within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However Sebago shoes can take 48 hours longer if they are dispatched from Sebago's European warehouse. Individual items may be dispatched separately. If you have any queries please telephone us on 0870-2406990 between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and we will be pleased to help.

If you would like to speak to Bradshaw and Lloyd’s shoe expert please telephone 01273-841946 and ask for Richard de Winter. He has an in-depth knowledge of these shoes through over 20 years of experience.

Guarantee:
If, when you try the shoes (on a carpeted surface please) you are not completely satisfied you may return them, provided that they are unworn, within 31 days of receipt, and we will exchange your order or issue a refund, whichever you require. If you need to return any item please wrap it securely and ask for a Proof of Postage certificate from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that a change of size is required you will not be charged for postage of the replacement pair(s).

Ordering offline:
This can also be done through the shopping page. If you do not wish to enter credit card information online, make your order through the online shop as normal, but on the payment page you may select either the payment by fax option or the payment by cheque option. In either case you can then print out your online order form for either posting or faxing to us. Click here to proceed to the shopping page.

Ordering by telephone:
When ordering by telephone please have your order form and debit/credit card to hand and telephone 0870-240-6990 Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm.
