Your guarantee:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with anything you buy from Bradshaw & Lloyd you may return your purchase provided it is in perfect condition, within 31 days of receipt and we will replace it, or refund your money.  This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery/Queries:
Sanders, Tricker and Loake shoes will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. Sebago shoes will usually be dispatched within 72 hours. Individual items may be dispatched separately. If you have any queries please telephone us on 0870-2406990 between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and we will be pleased to help.

Returns:
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use. In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged, then a total refund (including return postage) is given. Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size or colour for example) simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 31 days for a refund or exchange. However you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return postage. We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement - and would share the outward postage cost on the replacement pair. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
