Free secure (signed for) delivery throughout Europe.
£10 per pair secure (signed for) delivery outside Europe.
Despatch
We aim to dispatch shoes within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However Sebago shoes can take 48 hours longer if they are dispatched from Sebago's European warehouse.
You will receive an email confirming despatch along with the tracking link.
Guarantee
If, when you try the shoes (on a carpeted surface please) you are not completely satisfied you may return them, provided that they are unworn, within 31 days of receipt, and we will exchange your order or issue a refund, whichever you require. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
All items are checked thoroughly prior to despatch and should reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged then a total refund (including return postage) is given. Should you find the goods unsuitable simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 31 days for a refund or exchange. However you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return postage.
We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement. Returns should be wrapped well and returned, along with your full name, via a secure method to:

Approval period
If, when you try the shoes on a carpeted surface, they are not completely satisfactory you may return them within 31 days of receipt, in the condition supplied and we will exchange your order or issue a refund as required.
