Delivery & Returns 

Shoe delivery charges:

UK:     Free secure delivery and Freepost returns. Deliveries by UKMail courier on a next day service with tracking and delivery alerts. 

Europe:     £10 for one or more pairs throughout Europe via secure courier with tracking.  

Worldwide - (outside Europe including Russia):      £20 for single pair orders via secure courier - 2 to 6 day service with tracking.  Additional pairs are charged at £5 per pair.  

We aim to despatch shoes within one working day from receipt of your order.  On occasion we will source from the the factory and should this lead to a delay in despatching your order for more than 48 hours we shall let you know.  

Postal rates for accessories:  Carriage is charged at the market rate to all destinations.


If for any reason you are not completely happy with your shoes simply return them to us within 31 days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. 


All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 60 days for a full refund, less any postage charged.  They must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in the original packaging. 

If you would like an exchange we shall send you out a replacement pair free of delivery charges.

In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged then a total refund is given, including your cost of returns postage. 

Returns should be wrapped well and returned along with your full name.

UK:  Returns from within the UK:  We provide a FREEPOST returns service throughout the UK from your local Post Office.  Email to request a Freepost returns label.

It is important to mark any customs declaration: 'Returned goods.  Relief claimed'.  Repeat this clearly on the outside of the packaging along with the name of the courier which originally delivered the parcel along with the tracking number.  You can contact us at to obtain this information.   

Customs & Tax - non-EU countries:

We deduct 20% tax at source.  Non-EU customers may incur some small customs duty or tax payment on delivery depending on your country's import laws.

No duty or tax is normally charged on receipt of replacement shoes.
