Repairing Loakes shoes

The shoes which we offer are made with the very best leathers and components and are designed to last.  Whether they are goodyear welted, moccasins or cemented shoes, Sanders, Trickers and Loakes shoes are intended to be fully repairable.  However it is crucial to service the shoes to the same exacting standards and to use comparable leathers and materials as the manufacturer used in their original construction.
Whether Sanders, Trickers or Loake shoes they can all be returned to the manufacturer when a repair becomes due.  However this can prove fairly expensive and you will lose the shoes for some weeks.  The Bradshaw and Lloyd shoe repair service as an alternative has proved extremely popular with our customers.  We will turn the repairs around in a week and repair them to the same high standard as when they were originally constructed.  If you are fortunate enough to work in central London we provide a daily collection and return service and will re-sole and re-heel your shoes for £44.00 per pair.  If you work elsewhere then simply post in the shoes via Royal Mail or courier and we shall return them to you via courier for the same price.

Most quality leather shoes will have a cork filler between the leather insole and outsole.  This is certainly the case for all Sanders, Trickers and Loakes shoes.  You can continue to wear your shoes until the sole leather or rubber exposes this cork filler.  Once this appears simply send an email to repairs@bradshawandlloyd.com and we shall forward you a shoe repair instruction form.  If you can return this to us by 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, we shall collect from any central London address that same day.
