Shoe delivery charges and times:

We aim to despatch shoes within one working day of receipt of your order. On occasion we will source from the factory and should this lead to a delay in despatching your order for more than 48 hours we shall let you know.

United Kingdom

FREE secure delivery by DPD. An email will inform you that the parcel has been dispatched on a next day service, another will follow with a 1 hour delivery window. If the delivery date/time is not convenient you can reply with a preferred option.

Europe

FREE delivery throughout Europe on all orders over £150.

Orders totalling less than £150 are charged £10 carriage.

Items should arrive within 2 to 6 days once despatched securely via courier.

Tricker’s: We do not despatch Tricker’s footwear outside the UK.

Worldwide

£20 for single pair orders via secure courier such as UPS and FedEX- 2 to 6 day service with tracking. Additional pairs are charged at £5 per pair.

Tricker’s: We do not despatch Tricker’s footwear outside the UK.

Customs and Taxes to destinations outside the UK: 20% VAT will be deducted for items going outside the UK when you select the country of delivery on our site.

EU customers: The trade agreement between the EU and the UK, which came into effect on 1st January 2021, means that EU customers will no longer pay UK VAT. Instead you will be charged the VAT rate applicable in your own country prior to delivery. This is payable to the courier.

The EU/UK trade agreement specifies that EU customers will not be charged any additional duty tax on products made in the UK. Most of our footwear is made in the UK. However certain items are made outside the UK and these may be due for additional duty tax. All items made in the UK are labelled accordingly along with the Union flag on our website.

The customer will also normally be charged a small administration fee by the courier for processing any duties and taxes. This is usually around 5 EUR but may be higher in certain countries.

Replacement items: Should you return an item for exchange of size tax will not be charged on the replacement pair as we shall despatch duty paid.

Non EU customers: The collection of any import taxes and duty is the responsibility of the recipient country and is outside our control.

Replacement items: Tax is not normally charged on replacement pairs.

 

Accessories: Carriage is charged at the market rate to all destinations.

 

Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely happy with your shoes simply return them to us within 31 days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Returns:

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 60 days for a full refund, less any postage charged. They must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in the original packaging. If you would like an exchange we shall send you out a replacement pair free of delivery charges.

In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged then a total refund is given, including your cost of returns postage. Returns should be wrapped well. Please include your full name and request for either exchange or refund as follows:

UK returns – Free: We provide a free next day, fully tracked returns service from any one of 3,000 DPD appointed collection shops throughout the UK for all non-sale items.

Email sales@bradshawandlloyd.com and request a DPD free returns label. Please note that we are unable to offer a free returns service on sale items.

Important: Write “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF” on the customs form and the parcel itself. The reason for export section should be marked ‘RETURNED UNSUITABLE GOODS’. Should you fail to mark the paperwork correctly any duty or clearance charges will be charged to you.

We would generally recommend that you use your local postal service rather than couriers in order to avoid charges.

 

Refusal to accept customs charges: Should you refuse to accept the parcel when the courier requests payment of taxes and the parcel is consequently returned to us we shall charge you for the carriage costs.
