Returns:
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 60 days for a full refund, less any postage charged. They must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in the original packaging. If you would like an exchange we shall send you out a replacement pair free of delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged then a total refund is given, including your cost of returns postage. Returns should be wrapped well. Please include your full name and request for either exchange or refund as follows:
UK returns – Free: We provide a free next day, fully tracked returns service from any one of 3,000 DPD appointed collection shops throughout the UK for all non-sale items.

Important: Write “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF” on the customs form and the parcel itself. The reason for export section should be marked ‘RETURNED UNSUITABLE GOODS’. Should you fail to mark the paperwork correctly any duty or clearance charges will be charged to you.
We would generally recommend that you use your local postal service rather than couriers in order to avoid charges.
Refusal to accept customs charges: Should you refuse to accept the parcel when the courier requests payment of taxes and the parcel is consequently returned to us we shall charge you for the carriage costs.
