Shoe delivery charges and times:

We aim to despatch shoes within one working day of receipt of your order.  
On occasion we will source from the factory and should this lead to a delay in despatching your order for more than 48 hours we shall let you know.
UK:              Free secure delivery by DPD. An email will inform you that the parcel has been dispatched on a next day service, another will follow with a 1 hour delivery window.  
If the delivery date/time is not convenient you can reply with a preferred option.

Europe:     £10 per delivery throughout Europe usually by ParcelForce. Secure, speedy courier with tracking.  
FREE delivery on most Tricker's and Barker shoes throughout Europe.
Worldwide (outside Europe including Russia):  £20 for single pair orders via secure courier - 2 to 6 day service with tracking.  Additional pairs are charged at £5 per pair.  
FREE delivery on most Tricker's and Barker shoes worldwide.
We are unable to send Loake shoes to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, S. Korea, India, Lebanon, UAE, Hong Kong & Macau, Russia, USA,
Canada, Chile.

Customs and Tax to non EU countries:
20% tax is deducted at source for deliveries outside the EU. Depending on the destination country customers may incur some duty or tax charge payable to the courier.
Duty is not normally charged on replacement pairs or repairs sent to non-EU countries.

Carriage is charged at the market rate to all destinations.
Guarantee:  If for any reason you are not completely happy with your shoes simply return them to us within 31 days in their original condition 
and packaging for a full refund or exchange. 


 All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 60 days for a full refund, less any postage charged.  
They must be in a saleable condition, unworn and in the original packaging. 
If you would like an exchange we shall send you out a replacement pair free of delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged then a total refund is given, including your cost of returns postage. 
Returns should be wrapped well.  Please include your full name and request for either exchange or refund as follows:

UK returns - Free: 
We provide a free next day, fully tracked returns service from any one of 3,000 DPD appointed collection shops throughout the UK for all non-sale items.  
Email and request a DPD free returns label. Please note that we are unable to offer a free returns service on sale items.

Returns from outside the EU:   We suggest that you return items using your postal service rather than a courier as this should avoid customs clearance charges to:

Should you use a courier then any duty and clearance charges will be charged to you.  You should especially avoid FedEx for this reason.
Write "RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER" on the customs form and the parcel itself.
Tick the "RETURNED GOODS" box on the customs declaration documents.
