If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with anything you buy from Bradshaw & Lloyd you may return your purchase provided it is in the same condition in which you received it, within 31 days of receipt and we will replace it, or refund your money. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Every effort will be made to despatch your order within 24 hours, but please allow a maximum of 10 days from our receipt of your order, individual items may be despatched seperately. Whilst we hold many lines in stock we also rely on manufacturers stock and on occasion delays on delivery times can occur. However we will always keep customers advised of any delay in the despatch of their order.
Should any of our products not meet your expectations please return them to the address stated on the delivery note. Shoes must be returned within 31 days in perfect condition otherwise we cannot accept them back. We recommend shoes be tried on a carpeted surface, to prevent damage. We provide a free returns service throughout the UK for all non-sale footwear.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the colours in this catalogue, however there may be slight variations between photographs and products.
The maximum compensation which we can offer on repair items which become lost or damaged in transit, through no fault of our own, is £60 per parcel.
