On the day prior to delivery Interlink Express will email and text the recipient advising them of a one hour delivery window. The joy of this communication is that if this window is inconvenient then the recipient simply replies to the text or email to request an alternative time and/or day. Another communication is despatched on the day of delivery when once again changes can be made if necessary.
