The beauty of a true moccasin shoe is that the foot is entirely wrapped in the sock-like leather upper to which the sole is attached. In the case of driving shoes the sole is composed of rubber studs, making the shoe superbly flexible. Driving shoes are not designed for excessively long walks or for inclement weather due to the very low profile but when the weather is good they are divine.
