A fantastic wide range of formal shoes! Ordered a lovely pair of Loakes all the way from Hong Kong and once dispatched arrived very quickly in just 2 days! Want to say a big thanks to Richard and Will for the fantastic customer service. If you have any problems or queries they are quick to respond to your emails etc in the politest manner. If you want the stunning shoes, great prices and guaranteed customer satisfaction then Bradshaw & Lloyd is all you need. Recent order as good as expected and service from ordering to delivery extremely satisfied.
Always kept up to date on order status.
Price I paid extremely competitive with a good discount compared to buying direct from loake direct.

I ordered two pairs of Loake boots from Bradshaw & Lloyd using their website as I’m miles away from their shop. Their service is impeccable - great prices with the option of a further discount or genuine quality accessories ( I chose the cleaning kit). They kept me updated, despatched quickly and used DPD, so I had a one hour slot for receiving.
I would use them again without hesitation and would love to visit if I’m ever in that part of the Country. Many thanks.

I have bought several pairs from Bradshaw & Llyod over time, and I always find Richard's advice and customer service of the highest order. He is prompt and precise with written communication and available for a chat over the phone, which makes online footwear purchases a breeze. Prices are reasonable, and shipping to Australia is fast. Overall, I am delighted with the quality of service and product and highly recommend his website for shoe purchases.

I'm usually very skeptical of buying from overseas retailers. You don't know what kind of business you're dealing with and it can become CS nightmare. With that said the team at B&L are probably the best in the business on every level. Ease of use on the website, quality, selection, price, and speed of delivery. At every step of process someone from their team was in contact with me. If I had any questions at all they responded promptly and in a manner that actually answered my question. I'll be going through them for any and all of my British shoemaker needs.

Have just purchased a pair of Loake’s online from Bradshaw & Lloyd and had fantastic service. Not only were they the best price around but they were very helpful and quick to respond to a few queries. The shoes arrived in a couple of days and I couldn’t be happier. I visited Bradshaw and Lloyd this week as I thought that the time had come to buy some proper boots that are built to last.

I was served by the owner, Richard De Winter, who was extremely helpful in explaining the processes involved in making proper boots. It's clear that he's extremely knowledgable and was extremely patient in helping me try on a number of different boots.

I had reason to email a couple of days later and he replied courteously and promptly. And on my second visit I was assisted by his son who was equally as understanding and patient. I hope I wasn't too indecisive or difficult a customer? Either way, their service was second to none.

All in all, I don't understand why I hadn't discovered this little gem of a shop much earlier?

If you want to have your shoes fitted by experts and you want to buy some top quality footwear, this is probably the best place to visit outside London. In fact, it's probably just the best place to visit.

First we had a small trouble with the overseas shipping, however the customer service was absolytely excellent and fixed the problem in no time. So easy to communicate. Overseas shipping was fast and went perfectly. And it goes without mention that the shoes were also brilliant.

Bradshaw and Lloyd provided stellar service as I bought shoes to be shipped to me in the USA. I was a little concerned in doing business from afar without seeing a lot of reviews and called them up. Richard was friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented.

Unless you are familiar with the fit of a particular maker, I highly recommend you follow the instructions on the site regarding foot measurements if you are buying remotely. This sort of remote assistance is invaluable. The shoes fit well, but ultimately the style did not suit me. On return, the shoes were accepted without question and my credit card refunded without my asking!

Overall, an excellent customer experience and I will definitely do my on-line shopping for fine English men's wear with Bradshaw and Lloyd in the future!
