The Trickers slipper, the Churchill, in black velvet is not just a slipper. This shoe is made to the exemplary standard as you would expect from one of Northampton’s oldest shoemakers, RE Tricker was established in 1829. Most other well known English shoemakers didn’t appear on the scene for another half century until the 1880s. Most slippers look like slippers whereas the Trickers slipper can double as a stylish shoe which can be worn outside the home. This shoe has a durable leather sole, proper heel and is fully leather lined.

Both RE Ticker and we would therefore recommend that you take a half size larger than you would normally take in English shoes, ie should you usually take a UK size 8 then order an 8.5 in the Trickers slipper.
