At Bradshaw & Lloyd we appreciate that in buying Sanders, Trickers, Sebago and Loakes shoes from the internet there is always the possibility that they may not be the exact right fit when you try them on or perhaps they won’t be quite how you expected they would look. Fortunately we don’t get many returns but when we do we want it to be a user friendly experience for our customers. At Bradshaw & Lloyd we uniquely offer 2 options for returning unworn shoes at no cost to the customer:
1 Using our Freepost returns label the shoes may be taken to your local Post Office where you will be given a proof of postage receipt.
Or
2 If you work in an office with a daily Royal Mail collection then you can use same Freepost returns label and leave the parcel with your post room department.
We are immensely proud of the range of Sebago, Sanders, Trickers and Loakes shoes which we offer and hope that you will love them but in the event that they don’t do it for you then returning them to us is very simple.
