The main fear of course is getting the size right, but just have a rummage through his wardrobe and if the sizes inside his existing shoes aren’t consistent then try and get hold of some brand names and model names if possible along with the sizes and email them over to Richard@bradshawandlloyd.com and he will come back to you with the best size to order.
Now if on Cristmas day the giftee decides that for some reason the shoes aren’t quite right then just return them to us using our Freepost returns address (UK only) and we shall either send you a replacement pair or provide a full refund at your discretion. We know that many of you will be away from home over the Christmas period but please don’t worry about the timescale of returning any shoes. So long as the shoes remain in a new condition we provide a no-quibble returns/refund policy.
Deliveries within the UK are free and are made by Interlink couriers. You will receive an email and text alert the day before delivery and also on the day of delivery and if the time/day is inconvenient then you simply reply to these messages with a preferred time/day. Also if you would prefer to have the parcel left in your usual place outside the house then let us know and this can be arranged.
