The Loake L1 collection

With the Loake L1 collection Loake have come up with a range of traditionally goodyear welted men’s formal shoes which are priced to meet the needs of those who wish to cut a dash but aren’t prepared to fork out over £120 for a pair of shoes.  These shoes are made with the same methods as their more expensive stable mates but have non-cosmetic economies such as a canvas lined forepart rather than leather lining throughout.

In addition Loake have utilized the economies of having these shoes and boots constructed in their Indian factory whilst supplying the factory with the same leathers and components used in their Kettering factory.

Some of these shoes are certainly aimed at a younger audience, especially the square toes on the Loake 250, Loake 251, Loake 253 and Loake 258 styles.  These four styles are made on Loake’s 033 last which complements the latest fashion for men’s styling in suits.

Stocks are usually very good on the Loake L1 collection and range from size 6 to size 13 in many of the styles.  You can view the entire Loake L1 collection at bradshawandlloyd.com.  We provide free delivery throughout Europe and a Freepost returns service within the UK.
